"New Beginnings" - Stories About Saved NYC Shelter AnimalsHappy Adopt~Aversary Mario
This day was LIFE changing for me in more ways then one…
Five years ago on December 19, 2010, my husband John, Santino (my 9 year old son) & I drove 3 + hours to Brooklyn NY, on a very freezing cold Sunday afternoon to adopt a dog off a Euthanasia list…because of a picture on FB from page that I had just recently started to follow in 2010!!!! Urgent Part 2 – Urgent Death Row Dogs ~~ .Karen Pepp (didn’t know which one to tag..lol) Mind you we had just walked 20 dogs at our local NO Kill shelter, full of hair, dirty boots and doggie kisses on all of us… Didn’t matter when I saw that pic on FB @ 3pm on a Sunday didn’t care…he needed us so we went..3 hour drive!!
Please take the time to read the story Santino our son, wrote describing the days events…Out of the mouth of babes heart, truly adora~bull…
Needless to say Mario has grown to be a very important part of our family..He truly is a Gentle Giant
We love you Mario Louis from here to the moon
SO PLEASE PLEASE CONSIDER ADOPTING AN ANGEL^^ FROM THE NYC shelter, TRUST ME, it will change your life for the better…
Thank you Karen Pepp for giving a Voice to these Angels^^
Merry Christmas to All..
