We have had a lot of concerned requests about the status of this poor gal. Yes, she is safe with one of our fosters at Staten Island Hope Animal Rescue! We thank you for your concern and your prayers for her.
Mandarin is a rescue from ACC who has had a very rough life. She is estimated to be ten years old. Mandarin has no teeth and at some point her ears were cut off. Years of neglect have taken a toll on this sweet, loving, gentle orange tabby. Sadly, her health is not very good. A recent visit to the vet revealed that she likely has cancer. Mandarin will live out the rest of her life with her foster who will give this kitty the loving home she has always deserved.
