From Harrison’s mom, Colleen: “Hi from Harrison! I wanted to share a bit of his story.
I fostered and finally adopted him from Anjellicle Cats via ACC (from the next day horrible euthanasia list) after my senior cat love of my life, Starr passed away… he’s such a funny cat, a total comedian and a badass sweetheart combo. He tries to be an alpha cat but he’s such a clown with a big heart that it’s hard to take him seriously when he attempts to rule the house. I basically looked at the list, and immediately decided on helping him, because he was injured in his photo, and I thought he had the least chance of being rescued because of that. I had no idea what kind of cat I was getting. When he arrived he was skinny and had a terrible cold- he could barely breathe. And he was not fixed so he was getting into so much mischief, howling all night and getting himself into awkward predicaments (like getting stuck in the safety bars between the bars and the glass on my window). He has calmed down quite a bit and he has the most unique personality and I got very lucky! There was no way this cat was not going to wind up a foster failure. He makes me laugh every day. Yay for rescues!”
