TIGER TIM
"New Beginnings" - Stories About Saved NYC Shelter Animals
A continued New Beginnings Story…….For those of you following Tiger Tim’s story after he was rescued by Magnificat Rescue and Rehoming, here is an update they just posted: “Our boy Tiger Tim seems to be settling in nicely at his foster home. He has discovered the window sills and leaps up to watch the Bronx pigeons. He is eating quite well, but he is picky. He will no longer eat the wet food he got at the vet, but is back to the multi-colored dry food we don’t like (we know the importance of good nutrition in cancer patients and are anxious to get him eating better food). Thankfully, he decided he liked the poached chicken lovingly prepared by his foster mother – he ate two servings tonight!
And as you can see, he has decided he approves of his foster mother. He leaps onto her lap and asks to be cradled like a baby.
Tomorrow we see the oncologist to see if the chemotherapy is working to dry up the fluid in his chest. ”
Tiger Tim is undergoing some chemo treatment and has many vet bills. If you would like to help Tiger Tim with his vet bills, please contact Magnificat Rescue and Rehoming.
